Farm & City Centre is a leading Hardware Retail company in Zimbabwe. We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and customer-oriented Sales Person to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess any of the following qualifications: Strong sales, marketing, and customer service skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and point-of-sale systems). Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Good product knowledge in agricultural, veterinary, electrical, hardware, and plumbing products. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Cash handling and stock management knowledge will be an added advantage. Previous sales experience in the agriculture, veterinary, hardware, electrical, or plumbing sectors will be an added advantage.
