OPERATIONS & SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

Description

Our client is looking for a hands-on and analytical Operations & Supply Chain Manager to oversee warehouse, distribution, stock control, and operational systems across the business. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day warehouse, distribution, receiving, dispatch, and stock control operations. Manage warehouse teams and ensure efficient truck offloading and stock movement. Oversee stock takes, stock counts, and stock freshness reporting. Manage Van Sales warehouse operations and the MPOS system. Project manage the expansion and development of the MPOS/CRM system. Identify and implement improvements to operational systems, processes, and controls. Support demand planning, forecasting, and data analysis. Investigate stock discrepancies and ensure timely resolution. Liaise with clearing agents and coordinate import documentation and duty calculations. Prepare and review operational and management reports. Provide operational support to senior management.
