Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds and equipment, identifying and repairing faults Oversee the daily repair of company houses, including plumbing, minor electrical faults, room paintings, plastering, furniture assembly and basic appliances repairs Supervise, train and schedule in-house maintenance staff Coordinate, monitor and assist external contractors where applicable Ensure all work complies with Company safety regulations, environmental regulations and building codes Manage inventory for maintenance supplies and guest house materials, controlling costs Maintain a maintenance log, keep and update records for all repairs and inspections Handle emergency maintenance needs, acting as a point of contact for issues Manage groundskeeping, landscaping and maintenance of external facilities at the gym room and walkways to ensure homelike environment Conduct routine inspections of service readings (water, gas, electricity) and ensure all guest house systems remain operational and efficient
