Loans Officer

Degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years' microlending experience in Zimbabwe, spanning payroll-based, collateral-based, and SME/asset-based lending. Sound analytical ability and judgment when assessing creditworthiness. Comfortable building and maintaining client relationships. Able to communicate loan terms clearly, verbally and in writing. Confident making decisions on loan reviews and approvals. Background in marketing and debt collection. Trustworthy, professional, and able to handle confidential information. Able to work independently and manage pressure. A dependable, self-starting team member.
