Description

Recruitment Matters is currently seeking a Human Resource Officer. Key Responsibilities include managing employee contracts, onboarding, exits, and personnel records. Overseeing attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll-related administration, coordinating workforce scheduling and labour planning for 400+ employees, and supporting performance management, disciplinary procedures, and stock control administration.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Qualification in Accounts, Bookkeeping, or Finance, 3-5 years HR administration experience in a large operational environment, Proficiency in payroll inputs, attendance systems, overtime, and workforce planning.

Provisional Driver's licence
