FINANCE MANAGER

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree, MBA, CPA, or ACCA qualification is advantageous. 7–10 years' financial management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior finance role. Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Proficiency in financial systems such as SAP or Oracle, with advanced Excel skills. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Experience in a multi-site environment or with a European conglomerate is an advantage. Willingness to travel and work extended hours when required.
