Reporting to the Board of Directors / Managing Director, the purpose of this role is to: Develop assigned projects from land acquisition and permitting, through engineering, to a fully shovel-ready state. Act as Owner’s Engineer, coordinating implementation through to commissioning and handover. Supply the technical, bankability and data-room inputs that enable Board-led financing. Align directors, government departments, specialist consultants and EPC contractors around a single delivery plan
