Description
Oversee daily furniture production operations. Supervise production staff and allocate duties. Manage raw materials, stock and warehouse inventory. Monitor production quality and turnaround times. Ensure efficient use of materials and minimise wastage. Coordinate orders, deliveries and dispatch. Maintain a clean, safe and organised production environment. Prepare regular production and stock reports.
Requirements
Proven experience in warehouse and/or production management. Experience in furniture manufacturing will be an added advantage. Strong leadership and people-management skills. Excellent organisational and stock-control skills. Ability to plan, solve problems and meet deadlines. Honest, accountable and results-oriented. Computer literacy is an added advantage.
