Description

At National Foods, we feed and nourish the nation. We are looking for a commercially bold, operationally grounded leader to shape the next chapter of our Pasta Business Unit. Reporting to the Group Chief Executive Officer, with strategic oversight from the National Foods Board, you will own business performance, lead its people and turn opportunity into profitable, sustainable growth.

Requirements

* A degree in Business, Finance, Food Technology, Milling Technology, Marketing, Sales or a related field. * 8–10 years of relevant industry experience, including 4–6 years at senior management level. * A record of delivering business growth, manufacturing performance and strong financial outcomes. * Strategic clarity, commercial judgement and the ability to inspire high-performing teams.
