Description

An Established Microfinance institution is seeking two qualified and results-based Recoveries Officers. The role is best suited for individuals with experience in managing delinquent loan accounts. This is in line with the institutions credit and risk management frameworks.

Requirements

- Degree or Diploma in Banking, Finance, Business Management or related field - A certification in Microfinance will be an added advantage - At least 2 years working experience in a microfinance institution - Knowledge of court processes, including small claims court - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Strong attention to detail, professionalism, integrity and persistence - Proven analytical and problem-solving skills - A Clean driver’s license is a must
