Procurement Officer

• A degree, diploma, or professional qualification in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Purchasing and Supply, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. • A recognised professional procurement qualification will be an added advantage. • At least 3 years’ experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management. • Experience in the construction, engineering, or property development industry will be an added advantage. • Proven experience in sourcing construction materials, negotiating with suppliers, and managing purchase orders. • Knowledge of supplier evaluation, inventory control, procurement planning, and contract administration. • Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and procurement or inventory management systems. • Good understanding of procurement procedures, documentation, cost control, and supplier management. • Knowledge of the local construction materials market and established supplier networks will be an added advantage.
