Description
Sabi Gold Mine invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the above position. The successful candidate will drive training and people development to build a skilled, safe and compliant workforce.
Requirements
* Degree in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development or a related field.
* Professional qualification in Human Resources Development or Training & Development (e.g. IPMZ Diploma).
* At least 5 years’ experience in Human Resources Development, preferably in mining, 2 of them at supervisory level.
* Experience in training needs analysis, programme design, delivery and evaluation.
* Knowledge of the Labour Act, apprenticeship, statutory training and ZIMDEF requirements.
* IPMZ membership and assessor or facilitator certification will be added advantages.

* Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Good planning and organising skills.
* Good report-writing skills.
* Computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
