Group Human Resources Manager

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration with an HR specialisation, or a closely related field. • At least eight years of progressive HR experience, including three years leading an HR function or managing senior employee relations matters. • Sound working knowledge of Zimbabwean labour law, employment contracts, disciplinary procedures and HR compliance. • Strong judgement, confidentiality, record management, conflict resolution and communication skills. • Professional membership or certification with a recognised HR body, such as IPMZ, and further study in labour relations or employment law. • Experience in construction, engineering or field-based operations; multi-company HR experience; and practical use of HR information systems. • A valid driver’s licence and ability to visit project sites when needed.
