Loan Officers

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing/ Sales, Economics, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or any related commercial discipline. • Professional certification or short courses in Marketing, Sales Management, or Business Development. • A minimum of two (2) years of proven experience in a sales and marketing field, preferably within a financial service, microfinance, or SME lending environment. • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills (both oral and written) • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment. • Prior exposure to the Zimbabwean SME lending market or financial services sector would be a plus.
