FINANCE MANAGER

ACCA or CA(Z) qualification is required. Minimum 5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience. Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller or Senior Accountant. Strong knowledge of ZIMRA, VAT, PAYE, taxation and statutory compliance in Zimbabwe. Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting. Excellent budgeting, cash flow management and financial analysis skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with Sage, Pastel or other ERP/accounting systems will be an advantage. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities. High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism. Experience in manufacturing, trading, engineering, FMCG or other established businesses will be an advantage.
