Requirements
• 5 O' Levels including Mathematics and English Language
• Diploma in Secretarial Studies or equivalent
• Front-office experience in healthcare or a related environment
• Knowledge of the Health 263 system is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Computer literacy and good organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
