Clover Leaf Motors invites applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the following vacancy: Property Manager. The ideal incumbent should possess the following minimum qualifications: 5 ‘O’ Level passes including Mathematics and English, 3 ‘A’ Level passes, Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration or related field, 3 years traceable working experience in property management, preferably in a commercial or shopping mall environment, Knowledge of lease administration, tenant relations, facilities management and budgeting, Good communication, leadership and negotiation skills, Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, A valid Class 4 driver's licence is a must.
