KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support recruitment and selection processes. Manage onboarding and induction of new employees. Administer employee records and ensure data accuracy. Support performance management processes. Facilitate training and staff development initiatives. Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance. Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures and labour regulations. Assist in payroll administration processes. Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement.
