Description

We are looking for an experienced Fitter to join our team for the installation and commissioning of a CIP plant. Key responsibilities include CIP plant installation, piping fit-up and alignment, ball mill assembly, alignment and pre-commissioning checks, jaw crusher assembly and installation, agitator assembly, mounting and mechanical alignment, interpretation of mechanical drawings and P&IDs, working with millwrights and welders to meet project timelines, and adherence to SHEQ procedures and quality standards on site.

Requirements

- Trade Certificate in Fitting / Millwright / Mechanical Fitting - Minimum 3-5 years experience in mineral processing plant installations - Proven experience in: 1. CIP/CIL plant installation 2. Ball mill assembly and alignment 3. Jaw crusher assembly 4. Agitator installation - Ability to read and work from engineering drawings - Valid Passport - Compulsory - Physically fit - Previous mining/gold plant experience will be an added advantage
