Description

We are seeking an innovative, strategic, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing department and drive our brand’s growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketer with a deep understanding of multi-channel campaign management, data-driven decision-making, and brand positioning.

Requirements

10 years of consistent success meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably within the technology, software, or telecom sectors. Proven, hands-on experience driving sales and managing networks specifically in Masvingo, Manicaland, Midlands, and Bulawayo. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong technical literacy with the ability to explain software and hardware solutions to non-technical clients. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Excellent territory management and self-motivation skills. Ability to travel extensively across the designated provinces. Clean Class 4 Driver’s Licence is mandatory.
