Description

Associated Belts and Bearings Pvt Ltd is a leading distributor of quality motor vehicle spares and accessories. To support our growth, we are looking for a proactive and organized Procurement Clerk to join our team. The Procurement Clerk will be responsible for supporting the purchasing process, sourcing of motor spares, supplier coordination, and ensuring timely availability of stock at competitive prices.

Requirements

-Minimum: 5 'O' Levels including Maths and English -Diploma/Certificate in Purchasing & Supply, Logistics, Business Management, or related field -1-2 years’ experience in Procurement, preferably in a motor spare, retail, or FMCG environment -Knowledge of motor spares and supplier market will be a strong advantage -Computer literate - Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and ERP/POS'S systems e.g. Pastel, QuickBooks -Strong negotiation and communication skills -High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills -Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
