We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the organization. Provide first-line technical support to users (hardware, software, and network issues) Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving faults Maintain IT documentation and update system records

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Proven experience in IT support or a similar role Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and common business applications Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
