Market Analysis: Monitor trends in renewable energy, analyze competitor pricing, and implement aggressive market penetration strategies.

Requirements

Requirements Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Management or Senior Team Lead role, ideally within the solar, power backup, or electrical engineering sectors. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of PV systems, battery storage solutions, net metering, and the local regulatory environment for energy. Leadership: Proven ability to manage a field sales force and maintain high motivation in a technical, solution-oriented sales cycle. Results-Oriented: A strategic thinker with a focus on maximizing conversion rates and technical excellence.
