Description
Effective evaluation of loan applications. Collect, verify, and analyse financial information from applicants to assess creditworthiness. Seek out new clients. Marketing to deliver exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. Effective in debt collection.
Requirements
Degree or Higher National diploma in Commercials. Experience minimum of 1 year. A good judge of character, making accurate assessments about people especially their credibility and reliability in determining a loan. Interpersonal skills: cultivating and strengthening existing customer relationships as well as building new relationships with potential customers. Verbal and written communication: explaining loans to customers so they have a complete understanding of the terms. Decision making skills: evaluating a customer’s loan application if it’s eligible for a loan or not. Experience in SME lending and driver’s license is an added advantage.
