We are looking for a Utilities Fitter to support the operation, maintenance, and reliability of factory utilities at the Harare Factory. The role is critical in ensuring safe, continuous, and efficient supply of utilities required for manufacturing operations, in compliance with Nestlé standards and local regulations.
Requirements
Trade qualification in Fitting, Mechanical, Utilities, or equivalent.
2–5 years’ experience in utilities operation or maintenance within an industrial environment.
Basic knowledge of boilers, steam, water treatment, and air systems.
Strong safety mindset and understanding of industrial safety requirements.
Willingness to work shifts and standby.
Hands-on and disciplined approach to work.
