Description

The Digital Manager will own, plan, and execute our digital strategy across all channels—including website, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and analytical rigor. Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals (traffic, leads, sales, retention). Own the digital marketing budget, allocate spend across channels, and forecast performance. Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to recommend new opportunities. Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.

Requirements

Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role. Platforms: Deep hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and an email marketing platform (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp). Tools: Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz), project management software (Asana, Trello, Jira), and basic HTML/CSS (editing, not necessarily coding). Analytics: Strong ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-backed decisions. Budget Management: Proven track record of managing digital ad budgets of $[X] per month or more.
