Description
KPMG is seeking to appoint a Finance Manager (CENTRAL SERVICES). The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of financial and management accounting, as well as reporting processes. The role provides strategic financial guidance to partners and managers across offices, functions, and business units, including cross-border operations, to support business objectives. It also involves proactively identifying and resolving challenges, while effectively managing stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, commerce or related field.
Professional qualification such as ACCA, BICA or equivalent.
Master of Business Administration (MBA) will be an added advantage.
Membership of a recognised professional accounting body (e.g. BICA or equivalent).
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in accounting, auditing, and financial management, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a finance function.
Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Strong experience in managing end-to-end accounting processes including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and statutory compliance.
