We are seeking for a Factory Manager to join our team. In this role you will provide a strategic and operational leadership for a comprehensive metering manufacturing facility producing Electricity meters (including tamper-proof variants for revenue protection projects). This role directs 14 functional departments through a matrix of production supervisors, technical leads, and functional managers to achieve operational excellence, quality standards, and production targets aligned with utility-scale developments. Oversee automated calibration, functional testing, and accelerated life cycle testing protocols. Balance production flow between mechanical assembly and functional test & calibration to eliminate bottlenecks
