Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field A Master of Business Administration (MBA) will be an added advantage Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in senior management roles Proven experience in hospitality, agriculture, or a related integrated business model Strong understanding of financial management and business operations" Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills High level of business acumen and decision-making capability Ability to analyse and interpret data for informed decision-making" Professional certifications such as Chartered Accountant (Zimbabwe), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Six Sigma will be an added advantage
