Description

The Hands-On Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of all equipment and systems through regular preventive maintenance, fault-finding, and prompt repair of breakdowns. This role demands a technically capable, proactive individual who is both mechanically and electrically oriented, with a proven track record of hands-on quality maintenance. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable working independently and collaboratively under pressure, adhering strictly to maintenance schedules and company protocols. Perform continuous routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all machinery and equipment across the operation Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults efficiently, ensuring timely repairs and minimal production downtime
