We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance activities for a busy farming operation. This role requires a practical individual with strong electrical and mechanical skills, as well as a solid understanding of farm vehicles, machinery, and implements. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and managing preventative and routine maintenance programs, while supervising maintenance staff to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.Develop, implement, and manage preventative and routine maintenance programs for all farm equipment, vehicles, and infrastructure. Oversee maintenance and repairs of tractors, vehicles, irrigation systems, pumps, and farm implements.
