Description
This is a hands-on technical role focused on maintaining and repairing production machinery to ensure smooth and continuous cement brick manufacturing
Inspect, test, and diagnose machinery faults
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
Repair and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns
Fabricate and modify machine parts when needed
Align, balance, and commission equipment
Maintain maintenance records and logs
Support operators with technical guidance
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
Assist with spare parts management
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
At least O-Level education
Mechanical or Electrical trade qualification (preferred)
e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Mechanic
Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in plant maintenance
Preferably in brick, cement, or production industries
Technical Skills Required
Fault diagnosis (mechanical & electrical)
Knowledge of:
Drives & motors
Hydraulics & pneumatics
Alignment & balancing
Preventive maintenance systems
Fabrication and repair skills
