Biomedical Research and Training Institute (BRTI) is looking for a highly organized and proactive Administration Officer to support administrative and operational functions and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. Provide administrative and operational support for office activities. Manage document systems, filing, correspondence, and records. Prepare routine administrative reports. Procurement & Logistics Assist with procurement processes (requisitions, supplier coordination, tracking orders). Manage office supplies and inventory. Meetings & Events Organize meetings, workshops, and training sessions. Handle logistics including venues and materials. Provide secretarial support and minute-taking. Travel & Asset Management Coordinate travel logistics (transport, accommodation, documentation). Maintain asset registers and track equipment usage. Operations Coordination Liaise with service providers for office maintenance and utilities. Ensure compliance with institutional procedures. Help improve administrative systems.
