Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill in the above position that has arisen at Lagers Belmont Plant-Brewing Department. THE JOB Reporting to the Project and Electrical Manager, the successful applicants will be, among other key challenging aspects, responsible for: Ensuring that all Brewhouse Line equipment is working according to defined standards. Operating and Monitoring Machine Performance Ensuring cleaning, inspection and tagging of the line. Executing maintenance for key process machinery and analyzing machine failures to identify root cause. Measuring and recording machine performance. Installations and equipment optimization - improvement in ME Preparing and conducting autonomous maintenance tasks. Continual improvement of the plant, process, equipment, in the area of operation. Driving asset care initiatives in the Brewing department. Providing specialist technical support to enhance machines, system, and process capabilities. Coaching Apprentices and Process Operators. Producing equipment performance reports (machine and spares audit reports). Maintaining SHEQ and housekeeping standards.
