Description

Manage and distribute up to 150+ leads daily to sales/marketing teams Qualify leads by verifying contact details and interest level Monitor platforms: X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, websites, email, and chats Respond to inbound messages, chats, and calls from potential clients Track and update lead status in CRM systems (ZOHO) Reassign uncontacted leads to ensure follow-ups Work closely with sales & marketing teams to improve conversion rates

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, Administration, or related field OR 2+ years relevant experience Experience in lead management, telesales, telemarketing, call center, or BPO Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Ability to handle multiple digital platforms and CRM systems Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
