Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journals, ledgers, and financial statements. Monitor and control pharmacy inventory from a financial perspective, ensuring accurate stock valuation and reporting. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. Process supplier payments and reconcile supplier accounts. Ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements (VAT, PAYE, NSSA). Prepare periodic financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting. Monitor cash flow and maintain effective financial controls.
