Full-stack Developer

Strong ability to read and understand existing systems, not only write new code. • ⁠PL/SQL is mandatory: • Must be able to read and write PL/SQL confidently • Must understand SQL functions, procedures, and database-driven business logic. • Must be able to read .NET code (C#) to understand how legacy workflows behave. • A candidate is not suitable if they are full-stack but cannot read PL/SQL and legacy code. • Strong hands-on experience building backend services in Node.js + TypeScript. • Experience working with Node.js frameworks, particularly Express (acceptable / likely required). • ⁠Experience with NestJS is a plus and preferred if available. • ⁠Ability to translate database logic into clean, maintainable service or application-layer logic. • ⁠Familiarity with React + TypeScript is helpful for full-stack support and context. • ⁠However, the core workload is backend migration, not UI-heavy development.
