Description

Human Resources Officer Develop and implement HR policies and procedures across all business units. Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding of staff. Manage employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance procedures. Ensure compliance with the Labour Act and relevant NECs. Coordinate performance management and staff appraisal systems.

Requirements

A Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Psychology or related field. At least 3 years’ experience in a similar or senior HR role (preferably in a multi-branch or diversified organization). Strong knowledge of Zimbabwean Labour Law and NEC regulations. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
