Description

Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong focus on driving sales growth and developing marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence in the security industry. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase company revenue and market share. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.Prepare persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to potential clients. Collaborate with the team to create impactful marketing materials and campaigns.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the security industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
