ICT and Digital Transformation Assistant. The successful applicant will, among other key duties, be responsible for Assisting in implementing the USSD Platform. Assisting in developing Business Specification requirements. Assisting in acquiring all the required/necessary USSD hardware and software as well as maintaining an Inventory of all the computer hardware and software, including the licenses. Assisting in conducting regular USSD training to all Staff. Assisting in installing, maintaining, upgrading and repairing the Authority’s ICT software and Hardware. Assisting in redesigning and/or developing ARDA Website.
