Description

HR & Administration Officer to oversee human resources functions, manage administrative operations, and provide Personal Assistant (PA) support to the CEO. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, maintaining HR compliance, coordinating staff matters, and supporting executive-level functions. This position requires confidentiality, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Degree in Psychology, or related field. Experience providing executive-level support is an added advantage. Strong knowledge of Zimbabwean labour laws and HR best practices. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
