Description

Financial Institution is in the market for a Human Resources Officer. We are looking for an individual with a very strong background in Human Resources and with specific strengths in Human Capital Development, People Management, Administration and Industrial Relations. The candidate should also have good Supervisory and Managerial skills.The role involves a high level of interaction with Senior Management. The ideal candidate should have at least five years’ experience as a Human Resources Officer. We are specifically looking for an individual whose previous experience is in a Services or a financial services business.

Requirements

At least 5 years working experience in a similar role; • First Degree in Social Sciences a requirement. Professional Designation such as IPMZ is an added advantage;
