Description
Trainer – Electrical Trades will be responsible for conducting training needs analysis, designing, delivering, and evaluating technical training programs that enhance electrical engineering skills, ensure compliance with industry standards, and support organizational goals. Establishes and conducts training need analysis
Develops and Delivers training programs in electrical engineering aspects in accordance with company training policy and procedures
Apply appropriate training methodologies aligned to OEM requirements
Requirements
Minimum of National Craft Certificate (NCC) / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent.
A least 5 years’ post qualification experience in training and development, preferably in a mining environment.
Strong knowledge of power distribution, motor control, PLCs, and high-voltage systems.
Botswana Qualification Authority Registered Trainer/ Assessor.
Train the Trainer and Assessor certification from a recognized training institution, either BQA or SAQA aligned.
