Description
FINANCIAL REPORTING ANALYST position within Baker’s Inn Retail – Northern Region, Harare. The role supports the Finance Department by delivering accurate group reporting, consolidation, analysis, and decision-support across all operating units.Review unit-level financial reports for accuracy, completeness, and consistency prior to consolidation.
Produce group management accounts, dashboards, and variance analysis.
Develop and maintain group cash flow forecasts and liquidity reports.
Coordinate annual budgets and rolling forecasts across operating units.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (Honours) in Accounting or Finance.
ACCA, CIMA, or CTA Level 2 is an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial reporting and consolidation, preferably as an Accounts Officer or Assistant Accountant.
Strong consolidation, reporting, and financial analysis skills.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability with high attention to detail.
Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with multiple operating units and senior management.
