AREA SALES MANAGER position within Baker’s Inn Sales & Distribution Northern Region, Harare. The role is responsible for driving sales performance, improving route efficiency, and leading field sales teams to grow market share and profitability within an assigned area.he candidate will be required to take full charge of all key responsibilities that include but are not limited to the following: Drive sales volumes and ensure achievement of set route and area fargets. Structure, monitor, and optimize distribution routes to ensure timely deliveries and efficiency. Review daily sales, returns, fuel usage, cash collections, and route performance.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should be in possession of the following minimum qualifications: Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably within an FMCG environment. At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or area management role. Strong understanding of route-to-market operations and field sales management.
