The role is responsible for driving sales performance, improving route efficiency, and leading field sales teams to grow market share and profitability within an assigned area.he candidate will be required to take full charge of all key responsibilities that include but are not limited to the following: Drive sales volumes and ensure achievement of set route and area fargets. Structure, monitor, and optimize distribution routes to ensure timely deliveries and efficiency. Review daily sales, returns, fuel usage, cash collections, and route performance.
