SALES MANAGER position within Baker’s Inn Sales & Distribution -Northern Region, Harare. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening market presence, improving route efficiency, and providing strategic leadership to the sales function.The candidate will be required to take full charge of all key responsibilities that include but are not limited to the following: Drive sales volumes and ensure all produced products are sold through effective route and market management. Provide timely demand feedback to Production and Distribution teams. Structure and optimize distribution routes to ensure timely deliveries and route viability. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
