Description

Administration Assistant will provide efficient administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the organisation. The role requires a highly organised individual with strong communication skills and attention to detail. Provide general office administration and clerical supportMaintain accurate filing systemsFacilitation of expatriate visa applications Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders (immigration)

Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Partly or fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is an advantage Minimum of 2 years relevant experience Strong knowledge of accounting principles Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
