business administrator Maintain and organise company records, contracts, and operational documents Coordinate communication between Fleet, Workshop, Dispatch, Sales, Finance, and Management Assist management with reports, schedules, correspondence, and documentation Manage vehicle files, insurance, licensing, and service records Support HR administration (staff records, attendance, documentation) Assist with invoicing support, quotations, and client paperwork Ensure all records are properly filed, traceable, and retrievable

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or office role Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills Strong written and spoken English High attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook Professional, disciplined, and able to multitask
