Risk Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Identify, analyse and evaluate risks and opportunities using a range of information sources, assessment tools and techniques. Prepare risk input, draft reports and presentations for strategy setting and review. Coordinate activities in developing, implementing and sustaining an acceptable risk management environment and culture. Advise management on prioritization of actions to resolve risks that are above the acceptable tisk tolerances. Collate and analyse management information to support crisis management and business continuity plans and activities. Recommend guidelines for the development of supporting policies and procedures in liaison with management. Supervise the quality of risk monitoring and mitigation actions taken, challenging and making interventions before issues arise. Produce Board Risk Reports highlighting areas of concem, treatment plans, emerging threats and opportunities. Champion adoption of Project Risk Management Framework and embed vendor and regulatory risk into project planning and contracts to avoid delivery and legal exposure Lead consistent adoption of the Operational Risk Management Framework, policies, standards,
