Description

Maintenance Fitter to join the Maintenance Team at our Merbein Packaging Winery. Reporting to the Packaging Maintenance Manager This role is key in ensuring our products are packaged to the highest standard, supporting efficient operations across our production lines. Your main responsibilities will include. Performing timely repairs and maintenance on winery equipment with minimal disruption to production. Requirements

Trade Qualified: Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade Experience: Minimum of 3-years in a maintenance fitter role, ideally in a production, bottling or winery environment Technical Skills: Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting, welding and fabrication, with a strong focus on safety. Mechanical Aptitude: Strong problem-solving ability, high attention to detail, and a proactive approach to tasks Communication & Teamwork: Clear communicator with a collaborative, self-motivated attitude and a commitment to our values — working together, being innovative, responsive, and empowered Work Authorisation: Visa sponsorship is available for suitable candidates who do not currently hold Australian work rights.
